Ling's 19th Hole

Friends Bob and Peggy Luby, with Piqua and Villages friend, Maxine Zimmerman, (top picture) and Faithe , Jay , and Peg having a "mini-reunion" of three from the Milton Union Class of 1967, made for a busy and fun beginning of March. Bob and Peggy stopped by and got a minitour of the Villages, and then we all went to Maxine's lovely home, and more touring, ending up at Cane Garden CC for a nice dinner. Peggy and Bob then continued on for a nice 2 week vacation in Siesta Key. Faithe and her husband flew in to Orlando to visit her son, and then visited Villages friends Terry and Carol Powell. Luckily, they had time to come over to our villa for a minitour, and then Faithe and I took the golf cart, and we trucked down to Jay and Linda's home, followed by Terry and Faithe's husband, Gary, in the other golf cart. Jana rode in the Powell's beautiful red corvette convertible, and she and Carol also headed down to Jay and Linda's. Jay and Linda had just landscaped and we all thought the trees, plants, and curbings were beautiful. After Faithe , Gary and the Powells left for furthur touring, the rest of us headed to The Lighthouse by golf cart, and enjoyed an early evening dinner on the lake.
