The Heat Is ON
THE DOG DAYS OF AUGUST>>>AND SEPTEMBER. No one is trying out for a role in a desert film here, but the Sammy Towel over my head is especially designed to keep one cool in the heat. If it ONLY
would direct the ball a little better..and put the putts in the hole. Let's hope they invent that type soon!
We are expecting a little break in the heat soon. Lots of rain tonight.
The little girl....Callie...celebrated her 10th birthday yesterday, on 9/11.....the same as one of her grandma's,
also a West Milton girl. Callie is still on insulin and Sub Q fluids, but is holding her own.
Congratulations to my buddies, Marla, for winning the PCC...again....and to Sandy for winning the Miami Co.
tournament. I did qualify for the Village Residence Cup,
held for three days next week in a Solheim Format at Lopez CC in The Villages. I had better start talking nicely to the Driver and the Putter...as they have not been listening lately! Hope you are having a good September !!!
