World's Longest Golf Cart Parade
Golf Cart Parade...as far as you can see...a steady parade of golf carts in the Villages are making their way to Lake Sumter Landing...breaking the Guiness Book of World Records as the longest golf cart parade with over 3000 carts. The previous record was a number under 2000. A fine time was had by all. My neighbor Grace Thiveny rode shotgun with me, as the parade was on a Sunday, and Jana was at work. Thanks, Grace!!! It was fun!

Okay.....which one has the swimming pool green hair???HA! I am with Albert the Alligator at the University of Florida last night for the volleyball match with Florida State. Florida has won 14 consecutive SEC championships, and they are very impressive, ranked #6 in the country. We were on one of 5 large buses coming from the Villages, paid for by University of Florida sports promotions. A great time was had by all !!!!!
